Flower delivery FAQ’s
When will I receive my photos?
You will receive your photos once your floral tribute has been hand-delivered to your loved ones final resting place on the delivery date you have selected.
How will my flowers be laid?
Your flowers will be hand laid by one of our local florists.
My flowers look different to the picture?
Our florists will hand-pick the finest seasonal flowers to design your floral tribute. Sometimes these can differ in colour and type due to seasonal availability.
Can I specify what colour of flowers I would like?
Our florists will do their best to incorporate any specific colour requests that you have. Please include any requests in the ‘Additional Information for the florist’ box.
Can I specify a date for my delivery?
Yes, when you select your floral tribute you will be asked to select a delivery date.
Can you remove old flowers on the grave/niche?
We do not remove any existing flowers, or mementoes from your loved one’s resting place.
How do I change an order?
Once you check out - your order goes directly to your our florist and no changes or alterations can be made. However you can contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our very best to help with your order.

It’s asking me to log in / create an account - what do I do?
You will be able to check out as a guest.
What is the benefit of creating an account?
By creating an account you can review past orders, check out faster and save loved ones locations in records.
How can I view my account?
Simply log in with your email address and password.
How can I view my previous orders?
When you are logged in - go to the My orders section in your account. Here you can view all previous order details.
How can I track my order?
Within my orders in your account, you will be able to see the status of your order.
I am unable to place an order what should I do?
Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to help you.
How do I know my payment has gone through?
You will receive a confirmation onscreen and email straight to your inbox.
How do I know my order has been delivered?
You will receive a confirmation email including 2 photos as well as an update to your order status in your account.
